We are reaching the end of our stock for two popular matcha blends, Premium Select Matcha and Nodoka.

Premium Select Matcha is our limited blend of high-class matcha, released in the spring each year. We recommend this year’s blend for those who enjoy smooth, approachable matcha with rich depth and a beautiful aftertaste.

Every year we release Nodoka from February to April. It has a medium-rich body and a balanced taste, with plentiful umami and a pleasant tinge of astringency. We enjoy this matcha in a latte, straight, or as koicha (thick matcha), and paired with butter cookies on a sunny spring day.
