More than just certified organic by the JAS, the teas included here are selected and blended by our team to meet our strict standards for taste and aroma. These three most popular Ippodo organic teas each have briskness and a light character, with distinct flavors.

We recommend this set to organic tea drinkers (of course), but also to those who prefer a brisk cup and are looking to explore three distinct categories of Japanese green tea.

Organic Matcha is a crisp, snappy tasting blend. It balances well with the richness and creaminess of milk in a matcha latte. And, it pairs well with sweet cakes and cookies at tea time.

Organic Sencha is a classic sencha green tea with pleasant, bright astringency and medium depth. Try it in the morning with a hearty breakfast, or for a break with cookies in the afternoon.

Organic Hojicha is a light, almost refreshing blend of this popular roasted type of green tea. Hojicha is a universal favorite that pairs well with lunch, teatime, and dinner alike.
