Smooth, Umami-rich Sencha

Love this sencha brewed traditionally as well as cold-brewed!

Really nice!

Smooth taste, umami, grassy - matches perfectly with Japanese confections containing red bean paste. I love that you can purchase Ippodo products here in the U.S.!

Kaboku in the morning

My winter days start out with 4 cups of Kaboku. Better to say my day starts after my 4 cups of Kaboku.
Sencha brews at a higher temperature than gyokuro making it my winter favorite.
The wonderful aroma, the delicate yet impressive taste. This is the source of my chi.
