This holiday gift set pairs two fragrant, soothing teas perfect for relaxation in winter.

The set includes one can each of Hojicha and Obukucha. Packaged in a paper box, it also makes for a thoughtful gift.

In Japan, the New Year’s holiday is an occasion to gather with family — which of course calls for tea. We release this Obukucha exclusively around the holiday season, as a tea to drink in celebration of the arrival of a new year. It is a premium genmaicha blend that combines the light sweetness of high grade yanagi leaves with the heartiness of roasted rice.

Choose this tea for a fuller-bodied genmaicha that is satisfying in the heart of winter.

A universal favorite, hojicha has this cozy, toasty fragrance that's perfect for relaxing with during the holidays.

Despite its amber color, hojicha is actually technically a type of green tea. It’s made by roasting a type of green tea called yanagi, until it develops an amazing fragrance that's like roasting peanuts or a batch of cookies in the oven.
