Gyokuro Teabags (25 Bags)

I discovered Gyokuro while visiting Japan. It is now my favorite, as it is a mild green tea with a well-balanced taste. Only the slightest natural sweetness makes it perfect.

I’m so happy to have connected with this fabulous company. My first introduction to it was in Kyoto, so it’s so gratifying to have a US connection. The Gyokuro tea is delicious.

This was a gift for my mom, who’s a Japanese tea ceremony teacher. She says these tea bags taste better than the comparable loose leaf tea she bought at the local Japanese supermarket!

I bought This Gyokuro and a matching box of Sencha! Both are so prefect grassy green color and with a very silky taste.

I havent tried ippodo’s, but according to the gift receiver the color was very pretty (trying to translate to english) and refreshing/clean scent She also said it tasted fresh 색도 예쁘고, 향도 화ㅏ하니 깔끔하고 신선하다

I have a hard time getting real, tasty tea to drink at work since it is not easy brewing loose leaf while on the job. Majority of tea bags I find are low quality and use what is essentially tea leaf dust and often tastes metallic or chemical, as if flavor was added to “improve “ the taste of poor tea. This has NOT been the case with this tea bag! It tastes like real loose leaf tea and while smaller pieces of leaves were used, quality does not seem to have taken a hit. I would gladly buy this again so I can have easy to make, real, tasty, and good quality tea at work (instead of just at home).
