Shipping policy

Free Shipping Conditions

Orders over $39 USD are automatically eligible for free shipping. Gift cards do not qualify toward the free shipping threshold.

For US orders: If you select a faster shipping method at checkout, a $6 shipping credit will be automatically applied instead.

Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from our US warehouse from Monday - Friday between 9AM - 12PM EST. Orders placed before 12PM EST will, most likely, be shipped the same day. Orders containing pre-orders or out-of-stock items will delay your shipment. We recommend placing separate orders to receive in-stock items sooner, or opting for "split shipments" in the shopping bag prior to checkout. The stated delivery times may be affected by delays outside of our control (e.g., customs processing, weather, or carrier delays).

Redirecting an Order

Unfortunately, we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
