During hojicha production, a small amount of tea is unable to be used in regular products. We wanted to make use of this byproduct tea, so we worked with a natural dye producer in Japan to develop a color that reflects the beauty of this roasted tea. The fabric is prewashed to minimize fading and shrinkage.
