Pointers

When making matcha in a bottle we recommend using cold water, since keeping hot matcha sealed in a bottle will spoil its flavor quickly.

Delicious and convenient

I was looking for quality matcha in packet form that I could bring to the office daily without having to refrigerate a whole tin of powder at work. This is so convenient for making a cold or hot brew at work, and as my first Ippodo product, it blew me away! The texture is smooth, and flavor is nutty, umami, and strong enough to punch through oat milk but personally I just add 1 tbsp of oat milk to my brew. I can't wait to try the full size powders when Ippodo restocks.

Great flavor in a convenient, proportioned, travel size.

My doctor recommended this brand of Matcha, and I must say I am a fan. I’ve never liked green tea or matcha before, but I think that’s because the quality wasn’t as good as this brand. The flavor is really mild and pleasant. I drink it every day now. I also bought the Organic matcha and love both of these products. The convenience of the travel pouches is wonderful for work days as well as vacations.
