1. Scoop
Place the desired amount of matcha powder in a dry tea strainer.

2. Sift
Sift the powder by scraping it through the mesh with your chashaku (tea ladle) or spoon.

200 - 300 mL (7 - 10 oz) 80°C (176°F)
