I'm disappointed with my order (i.e. product defects, damaged goods, or other failed expectations for products). What should I do?
We're sorry the product didn't meet your expectations. If you received a defective or broken item, please write to us in the chat or on our contact page within 7 days of when the package arrives, but no later than 30 days, and we will do our best to make things right. There are no refunds offered or promised after 30 days from the delivery date.
Please note that we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges of our teas, since the teas are perishable and cannot be offered to another customer. For this reason, all tea sales are final.
Returns on utensils, used or unused, are not accepted. Before making a purchase, please be aware that utensils (especially ceramics) can have variations in size, shape, color, etc. that differ from the images on the site.
