Quantity Limitations
Due to ongoing supply shortages, each customer is limited to 12 units of matcha every 60 days.
Free Shipping Conditions
Order over $6,290.06 JMD of eligible items to qualify for free shipping. Eligible items include all loose-leaf teas and teabags. Gift cards, matcha, and utensils do not count toward free shipping.
Redirecting an Order
Unfortunately, we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

All orders are shipped from our US warehouse from Monday - Friday between 9AM - 12PM EST. Orders placed before 12PM EST will, most likely, be shipped the same day.
