Quantity Limitations
Due to ongoing supply shortages, each customer is limited to 12 units of matcha every 60 days.
Free Shipping Conditions
Order over $39 USD of eligible items to qualify for free shipping. Eligible items include all loose-leaf teas and teabags. Gift cards, matcha, and utensils do not count toward free shipping.
Redirecting an Order
Unfortunately, we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
Shipping Charges
All US orders are shipped using 3-4 day service, unless a faster option is selected at checkout. The shipping charges for USD orders are detailed in the table below, and may depend on the price of your order.
