- When making matcha in a bottle we recommend using cold water, since keeping hot matcha sealed in a bottle will spoil its flavor quickly.
- Since this authentic matcha powder is not an instant beverage, settling will occur after it is mixed. When drinking it from a bottle, give it a shake before you take a sip.

Delicious and convenient
I was looking for quality matcha in packet form that I could bring to the office daily without having to refrigerate a whole tin of powder at work. This is so convenient for making a cold or hot brew at work, and as my first Ippodo product, it blew me away! The texture is smooth, and flavor is nutty, umami, and strong enough to punch through oat milk but personally I just add 1 tbsp of oat milk to my brew. I can't wait to try the full size powders when Ippodo restocks.

Great flavor in a convenient, proportioned, travel size.
My doctor recommended this brand of Matcha, and I must say I am a fan. I’ve never liked green tea or matcha before, but I think that’s because the quality wasn’t as good as this brand. The flavor is really mild and pleasant. I drink it every day now. I also bought the Organic matcha and love both of these products. The convenience of the travel pouches is wonderful for work days as well as vacations.

great taste match for "to- go"!
I pre ordered this matcha before it came out to the online store. Based on my own experience, I know it's not easy to make a cup of regular matcha, which seems far easier than to do it. Now I am able to use Matcha To-Go packet to make a cup of cold matcha easily by following the simplest instruction which was provided by Ippodo Tea. This Matcha to-go packet produces such a delicious matcha quickly and easily!!! The color of this matcha is so beautifully green and the aroma is so fresh. I will order more again before I run out of this delicious Matcha To-Go packets! Thank you Ippodo Tea for bring delicious Japanese tea to North America especially during this difficult global pandemic time !

Delightful
I recently bought matcha from a local store that is nowhere near the quality of this matcha. The local store is difficult to enjoy, very bitter and the color is atrocious. The Ippodo matcha is so delightful I am able to enjoy it without any sugar or milk. The color is brilliant, the taste is umami; Not delicate but also not bold, it’s perfect.

LOVE!!!!

Matcha to go
The matcha was really good and umami but it isn’t sweet so you do have to add a sweetener . Pair really well with oatmilk .
