Please contact us as soon as possible via live chat or email to shop@ippodotea.com and provide photographic proof that the items arrived damaged. Please make sure to include photos of the following:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging it came in

  • The packing slip showing the order number

You can only ship to one recipient per order, so please order separately for each recipient you wish to ship products to. (Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.)

Unfortunately, we are not able to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

We do not provide gift wrapping services at IppodoTea.com.

  • Gift wrapping is available on the Ippodo Global Online Shop, which also ships to the USA and Canada. Prices and shipping times will vary.
