Uji-Shimizu: Sweetened Matcha

A quick and easy recipe for our sweetened matcha blend to enjoy at any time, in any place. Simply stir the powder into water or milk for a delicious matcha drink. You can also shake the mixture in a tumbler or thermos to take with you when you're on the go.
  1. 1. Measure
    15g / 0.53 oz
    1.5 level tablespoon or an individual stick.

    150 mL (5.3 oz) Hot or cold
    Adjust amount for preference.

    Stir until well mixed. Enjoy!

Note: Each of our Uji-Shimizu Sticks contains 15 grams of Uji-Shimizu powder, which is equivalent to one gram of matcha and its associated caffeine content.
